Gotcha or not.

Look away quickly while I tell you there was a happy ending to this story. This is a small plant in my garden I call Country Buttons which at the moment is housing the Von Trapp family of Lynx spiders. There are huge numbers living on it ranging in sizes. A lovely sunny day and they were all out and this one had caught a hover fly. The happy ending was that when I checked on it about 10 minutes later there was no sign of the hover fly and the spider was in exactly the same place so I think it must got away.
