Superman

I don't feel like Superman at the moment I can tell you! Lol!

Went for an early walk this morning, the last big training walk before the Trailwalker Challenge next weekend. I ended up doing about 16/17 miles; my legs were feeling it at the end so I had a walk along the sands to take the pressure off.

I'm recovering now by watching an afternoon of sport, eating, drinking and soaking my feet in cold water. Bliss!

BTW I don't think this statue is actually Superman, I think it's two lovers or something like that.
