Bit of a variation on gazpacho

I just fancied some soup...chilled soup. so it was an obvious choice to pick a classic uncooked recipe which I was surprised to note was my first shot at this year.

This came out murky because in my enthusiasm I threw some parsley into the blender which mixed with red tomatoes to produce the colour mud. Never mind, it tasted good.
Diced toms, cucumber, red onions, courgettes, garlic. I added some purple snow-peas to the garnish along with avocado.
