More Arnica

Serious stuff today. Although really my face isn't this bad after I took a header along the pavement this morning.
My left hand has come off worse but I am sure it is only a staved pinkie.
My nose and forehead are also grazed.
Felt a real idiot. But didn't stop from having another swim in the cooler sea with daughter ! Good to share the brrrs with somebody who understands!
