Milagro, tiny baby after bath...

And so the little one is growing fast. The best guess now is that he is a robin after all but since the nest had been destroyed, the parents gone, and the other babies dead it wasn't really certain and still isn't? He was brought to me last Sunday to feed until he can fly free in the wild and he is growing SO fast. Here he has just been handfed, made a mess of himself, and had poody on him from messing in his soft paper towels and shavings so he had a bath before he went back in his heated enclosure. Damp but adorable and growing fast as a weed. I shall miss him terribly when he leaves but be a proud mother watching him leave the nest as well...
