It's a wrap!

Continuing my 'Eat well for £20' week.

Breakfast: Porridge and a nectarine. Porridge is my staple for breakfast, made with 1/3rd milk & 2/3rds water, it is nutritional, filling, easy and very cheap - a serving costs about 12p. One minute 30 secs in the microwave and Bob's your uncle!

Lunch: shown here - chicken and mango with spring onion in a light French dressing, served in an iceberg lettuce leaf - a delicious alternative to a sandwich or a flat bread wrap!

Supper: Pasta with a home made tomato sauce - side salad. Fresh and tasty and another cheapy!

Hoorraahh!! A new Prince - which rather defeats the new law of equality of succession! I do hope they call him Ipal .....
