I've been in Manchester at the Learning Disability Today Exhibition with a couple of the guys who are supported by our service

It was a really good and interesting day, with the guys taking an active part in the day, asking questions and joining in with discussions. The exhibitors were providers of various services. We came away with lots of information, free bags, mugs, key rings, and pens and we had a nice lunch out too.

Tomorrow I'm on a trip to Rhug Estates which is an organic farm near Corwen, there are 14 of us going, staff and another group of guys who we support. Hope everyone remembers their suncreen and raincoats. Not sure what the forcast is for tomorrow but best to be prepared
