Laughing

Today I drove 90 miles to Cromer (and 90 miles back) to see my NCT friends with whom I share the incredible bond of "having our first child at the same sort of time".

Yes there was some mention of Kate, William and "George" who are experiencing this emotion right now :-)

The friends you make at this time seem to me to be bonded to you forever as it is such a life changing experience,...and there was a great deal of laughing & some removal of outer clothing - no not embarrassing - that teenagers just have to get used to...!

Despite the threat of thunder and rain we all made it and it was a full on day - great.....

However, now we have brought Jess home we are all very concerned about her lack of appetite and quick breathing. The Vet thinks she is probably just exhaustion - springer spaniels just don't stop when they should.

Still a bit of a downer to what has been a great day.
