Lovely weather for flutterbies

Is this a cabbage white? - Thanks to gen2 for a positive id - Large White (pieris brassicae). I had just rescued two ducks (wooden) from the pond - possibly pushed in by cats. Can't prove it. I was thinking of blipping them but then I saw this fellow. Take a look at him large.

The day is going well - finished drafting an article this morning. This afternoon we have a rehearsal for an upcoming concert. Then drinks out and another lovely flute concert to go to.
