2 Orchard Street....

We have taken possession of our new house today, but it was not without a few problems, the owners couldn't get their solicitors to release the money for their new house.
We managed to get the keys at 11.00am but getting into the house proved a bit, how can I say, frustrating, any how we got in around 5:00pm. Maddi came with us and we couldn't get her out once we were in, tomorrow we will make a list of what want's doing to get it in a good condition for letting, hopefully within a month.

We have the estate agent ready to let this property ASAP, as there is a lack of properties for rent in the area.
