Never Give A Blowhard An Even Break

Welcome to sweary central - where no swear word is under used.

The <Very Bad Word> who is a Scrum Master (despite never having seen a scrum) keeps insisting that we are #AgileFirst.  He is obviously an idiot.  Today in an online presentation he stated that "documentation is beautiful"  (completely contradicting tenet 2 of the Agile Manifesto).  

It is difficult for me to shut my mouth in instances like these.

This was pointed out to various people - none of whom could contradict me or provide a coherent counter-argument.

There are no barriers to progression if you just believe your own BS and present it on a powerpoint slide.  Doesn't stop it being BS though.
