A run that does what is says on the tin

Mad dogs and Englishwomen. What better thing to do on a hot Sunday at the end of July than to go for a run? Today I did the Brighton Trailblazer. As the name suggests, it's a trail run (just under 6 miles) round the beautiful Castle Hill Nature Reserve. And Blazing? It was bloody boiling!
