Another local walk this morning in a half-hearted attempt to find the glove I lost yesterday. We visited a nature reserve and on the way Jan imparted her local history knowledge, which was very interesting. The photo is of the Dovecote Museum in Wollaton Village, home of the local history society and somewhere that Jan volunteers. It's not open in the winter though, apparently it's far too cold!

Back to Jan's and I made us both a salad lunch, and then drove back home. We've really enjoyed being together for the holiday, and now I've got a day and a half of my own company before I head for Swansea!
