This quote has been on my mind a lot today. Sometimes it is my job to correct other people's behaviour and it always makes me feel a bit hypocritical. I feel I ought to be perfect before I criticize others for making mistakes. I wonder if all managers have thoughts like this...

Anyway... this is Beat. He is upside down! I think he did it on purpose though - silly boy!

I have been training dogs after work and we just came home from a lovely walk.
