I dropped an item of unwanted furniture round to my sons then walked into town to return something to Flying Tiger. You don't even have to scan your phone or card, the refund goes direct back to you via information on the receipt yes!

After lunch I walked to the allotment and barrowed three loads of woodchippings onto my paths, and also had a chat to a woman I haven't met before. This school fence is on my way home.

I called into the little Sainsbury's and noticed that some of the Walker's crisps come in paper bags now, but disappointed that the 6 pack bags inside are still plastic. But it's a start! Lidl and Aldi have been bagging crisps and nuts in paper for a while, it must have rubbed off. 

I usually buy plain crisps so there are no colourings and flavourings but, whether it's because these particular plain crisps are baked rather than fried, I discovered they contain both colours and flavours and an emulsifier. Oh dear not good, but at least the sea salt flavouring does contain sea salt!
