About change

Now that the plaster has dried from the lovely, buttery, rubbery finish to chalky dryness it's time to start painting our newly remodelled kitchen.

Chef and I went to the paint shop this morning to that very end and he began with the base coat this afternoon.

Unfortunately the colour has to wait until builder John has tiled the floor. C'mon builder John - chop chop! I'm too excited about seeing the paint on the walls to wait a second longer!
