Newly planted

A morning in the garden; aiding the putting up of trellis for the roses, a bit of half-hearted weeding and directing the planting of a new purchase. It is a cinnamon bark myrtle, bought at Trebah Gardens and replacing one of the viburnums which have been decimated by a beetle and have stopped flowering. Hopefully this will prove to be more resilient. All the jobs done before rain this afternoon and a wet day all day tomorrow according to the forecast.
