Better than expected

We've not had the rainy day they forecast for us so after a trip into town we did manage to get more done in the garden - attaching the roses to the trellis, cutting back the laurels that are restricting their light and staking up the heavy-headed hydrangeas. As I was just assisting I managed to catch this butterfly who obliged by staying on one plant long enough for me to find my camera and take several reasonable shots. I think it is a Gatekeeper (?)
