late start to my shift today (i'm doing a string of them this weekend, bah), so a jaunt up town beforehand. this is the castle (obv), viewed from the curve of regents road.

later... bah turned into ouch, as i ended up taking 700 words of t in the park from the reviewer over the phone as we have no copytakers anymore and funnily enough the night editor and night reporter were a bit busy with actual stories. some thanks were forthcoming (ta, pet), but some were conspicuous by their absence. i'm not volunteering on sunday night, they can sod off.
