Devil Birds

Although my parents live in Weymouth, they moved here long after I left home, and I've therefore never lived here (aside from a month or so one Summer when I was a student). I have, however, been here enough to understand the local's hatred of the Herring Gulls that plague the seaside town.

They are LOUD, and sit on the chimneys next to our house, so we're regularly woken up.

They are BIG, and quite intimidating.

They are EVIL BULLIES. I have seen them swoop down and steal food from people's hands as they walk along the beachfront.

Unfortunately, they do incredibly well here, so they're not going anywhere.
