A Dim View of City Hall

Today's challenge using the word dim brought to mind a few thoughts, for example, how the eyes grow dim with age. In fact, even the pension application documents from the Government are in large print! I thought of dim lighting and how it gives a soft ambiance, or maybe just hides the dusty surroundings. But I settled for a dim photo, taken as a multiple exposure for effect, with an editorial cartoon that gives a Dim View of City Hall. The Edmonton Journal, our city daily newspaper, is in the background; the second shot of the cartoon was taken from the computer screen. I suspect soon these daily newspapers will be obsolete, maybe they already are. Taking over, front and center, is the internet. And, it seems everyone has an opinion. Taking on City Hall is not new; just the way it happens in our world of instant world-wide media coverage.
