Star Student

Here's my little miss, who is very pleased with herself, having achieved something she's been coveting now for many months: a "Star Student" award. She's really very (deservedly) pleased with herself; her teacher told mrs tsuken today that our wee madamoiselle has been working very hard. The badge you can just see at an angle on her collar is her star student badge. She also got a laminated certificate and lunch with the principal. 8)

She's well-chuffed.

As for me, I've finally succumbed proper-like to this lurg. I think I'm going to have to admit defeat and not go to work tomorrow. Hell, it's not even half past 7 and I'm in bed. :-/
