good start

My breakfast.

3/4 celery sticks, half a cucumber, half a melon, a knuckle of ginger & a clove of garlic, all juiced. The juice of a lemon goes in last.

I guess I have my 5 a day before 7am.

Energy isn't a problem after that.

I do have a yoghurt, a banana or half a pineapple a bit later. Mid morning snack about 9.

So now I'm all packed and ready to head off to the airport for my flight to Munich. 18:05 departure. After the 13 hour delay 2 weeks ago, I really have my fingers crossed for normal trip.
