Bright Early Morning Sunshine

Another voting day, this time for Mayor of Wiesbaden.  There will be another round of voting in 3 weeks because none of the 9 candidates standing will get the required 50% in the first vote.

On the plus side - it was lovely outside.  And one of us grilled some delicious bacon.

German bacon is, on the whole, rubbish.  Weird for a country that loves pork products - fortunately a source of quality bacon has been found and for the occasional treat, it's the way to kick start a Sunday brunch.
