make a decision

8:30pm (again) and there's a pile of shoes.

Working at home tonight as Mrs theWeir has been quite poorly today. I came home from work at lunchtime to keep an eye on her and watch the weeWeir.

Once the former was settled, the latter and I went out for a bike ride. All three miles of one. Which was quite something for a 5 year old. At least for my five year old ;->

Mrs theWeir is a little better now too.

Why is there a pile of boxes? Shoes. Cycling shoes. Shoes to try on and see if they fit.

A disturbingly expensive visit to the interwebs on Sunday brought these boxes to our hours. The Internet is a good thing. And a bad thing.

Mind you, current cycling shoes are dying after 6 months and 2000 miles. They cost £10.

In the end, it took me about an hour to decide which pair. True story. First pair were discounted on first try on. Which left two to decide between.
