Fluffy Number 2

Early morning walk for Juno, a lovely morning. The seagulls were going mad on Blackford Hill, I could not see what was causing the commotion until I spotted the four soaring buzzards, I assume the young have just fledged. I stood and watched this amazing sight with regret that I have still not bought that 300mm lens. Will hopefully pick up one tomorrow.

Not bad for 3 miles from the centre of Edinburgh.

Eco son away to camp today, he walked up with eco mum and Juno, got the phone call as he had forgotten his camp chair, too much luxury these days. As they were ment to be leaving jumped in the car and took the chair up and brough the very tired Juno home.

Off to the allotment to pick berries and harvest the onions. Dug over the plots, feed with some rotten sea weed and covered with black weed fabric.

Took the eco girls to the reservoirs in the Pentlands for a walk, really good time had by all.

Quiet evening planned packing for our holiday on Saturday.

The street looks like the heather burning patterns that we say in the Pentlands today. Checking for grouse tonight.
