Join me on the hills

Yesterday's exercises from the physio followed by yoga broke me (in a manner of speaking). Today I was back to what I'm most comfortable with and that is going up and down hill on my legs. I really like being up on the Port Hills as the light changes, looking across the plains to the mountains.

My middle aged reality is I have to keep the other exercises up to keep me going. I sound like an aging piece of machinery which effectively I am. A Porsche methinks ;-)

So, I'm exercised, I can tick supermarket off my list, I'm fed, watered and blipped. That leaves sort tomorrow's lunch, clear the kitchen, shower and a few torturous stretches.

Large is lovely
