The Nelsons

Infinity?

Most of the paths at the local park are long, because the actual land is a lot longer than it is wide. So I tend to do a circuit, which is around 3km.

After the cramp last week, I still had the effects of it on my walk. So it was more a hobble, but I got around. So that's my right calf. My left leg has a dodgy ankle, which is better since I stopped taking Euphytose to sleep at night (in France this is a food supplement and not a medication). On a new box, bought last week, it mentions that it can cause inflamation. So I stopped taking it. Unfortunately I now find it difficult to get off to sleep, but at least I'm not up till 2 am, like I was before taking it.
It is also sobering that I started taking it before the pandemic.

I leave for the UK next week, so I need to walk more often, as I'll be travelling by train. That means a lot of walking and steps once I get to central Paris. Not so bad in London though, as I just need to change platforms. But I'll have a couple of hours to kill and forgot that I'd have a suitcase and rucksack with me this time, where as previously I just had the latter.
