Poppy Red

Here's Poppy in her new red dress, a beautiful present from Mackintosh in case you missed yesterday's blip.

It has been so stifling in Germany today that she didn't really want to wear much else (apart from her nappy of course). This heat hasn't impeded her joy. I love the way Poppy curls her toes and sticks up her big toe almost like a 'thumbs up' gesture.

Lisa is busy preparing her for bed as I upload this and with a bit of luck I may be able to squeeze in an episode or two of 24 (series 4) before my bedtime and perhaps a bacardi and coke too. The simple things have always been the most precious,important and valuable to me...Oh... such a privileged life I lead..
