Wooden toys

Went across to Margate today, for the first time in ages. Had a wander around town and went to the Tudor House.

Walking back I saw these wooden toys on display in the window of a shop selling teas. They were quite weird (in a good way) and tie in with the Curiosity exhibition going on at the Turner Contemporary at the moment.

Had a nice lunch at The Greedy Cow (great burgers), had a look at the linocut exhibition at the Margate Gallery (very good) and another exhibition at the Pie Factory ( the lady there made some of her exhibits by knitting copper!). I was quite tempted by some of her stuff.

Did a bit of shopping on the way home and got back at about 6.30pm! All in all, a pretty good day!
