Limited Mobility

It was a very busy day.  Most of it on the phone.

And just as my plans for packing up for the day had started, the phone rang again.  Another 45 minutes untangling other problems.

The air of grumpiness that surrounds our team is more and more noticeable.  Between the 3 of us, the team spirit is second to none - friendly, collaborative and focused.  Bring a manager into the mix and that all goes out of the window.  We know we're being gaslighted, they know that we know we're being gaslighted and still they pretend.  It's really subtle, unless they are saying something - you don't know if they're lying or they're just about to lie.  That must be one of their Leeder Skills.

It's up their with "Yes, that might be one of things that's in our planning for 2025 but those words don't mean that.  Why didn't we use words that mean what they mean?  You wouldn't understand - you're not a Leeder or a Weesel".

These people would definitely inspire you to go the extra mile, just so you were a mile away from them.
