Blooming Monday

According to my pneumology clinic, there is no salbutamol in Germany.  That kind of set the tone for Monday.  Rubbish & wrong information.

If the woman in the dispensary says "We have salbutamol" then her word carries a lot more weight than someone in a clinic.  

The requirement is for a prescription for salbutamol - not too difficult to understand - but that "customer service" thing is just too much for most people.

There's an absolute fortune to be made in that.  Maybe a new career?  It would be better than my role as Admin Assistant For People Who Understand Nothing.
