Notes: This was the deep red-orange morning sky I saw when I rolled over ~630a - took some pics and went back to sleep! Quiet morning then with dogs and made a great broth w/ onions, garlic, kale and salt. Laid down around noon and slept for a bit and then took a great bath after. Made some more kombucha jello and later more kale chips and baked more sweet onion. Overall, a fairly off-feeling day, had calming frequencies or spa music playing much of the time. Another quiet evening. Took the dogs out before bed and was such an odd stillness with virtually no sound!
