Notes: Didn't sleep well again, woke up many times! Nonetheless, headed out before 7a on the bike - nice brisk morning in upper 50s (soooo loving that!). Roads busy but quiet on the trail - did 11 mi total. Shower and a dark load, watched CBS Sun Morning show tho very tired only partway thru. Did a meditation after and napped a little until ~1130a. Fired up the juicer for a wonderful grapefruit and then also did a batch of apple, carrot, kiwi, lemon, ginger, cuke and zucchini. For meal had 2 eggs w/ spiralized zucchini and sprouted toast. Quiet rest of day, watched a little tv and some videos, worked on the first 3-4 designs for the FB post for the ArtOut. Streamed shows in the evening.
