NoaNoa’s view

NoaNoa has his appendectomy this morning. I’m so glad he was first on the theatre list. The surgeon that removed it happens to be the same surgeon that removed Elbow’s appendix years ago. How funny is that. LongLegs has had his removed too. So that’s 3 in the family - I did ask, and yes, it is hereditary - or at least, there is a familial link.

Whilst he was being prepped, in theatre and then in recovery, we went to church. And it was a brilliant morning. A great guest speaker, and with Dot.T doing a really interesting update on mission partners in Nepal.

Went to be with NoaNoa straight after and spent the rest of the day there. Poor boy. Pain is shocking to a young man who hasn’t had surgery before. Pleased it’s all over for him. What a tricky week ahead.
