Ranunculus

This is one of the two ranunculus I planted up with some bellis in a tub today :)

I woke at 4am, absolutely freezing cold and the window had blow wide due to the wind...so I got up, re-heated my wheat sac and went back to bed and read (just because I could!) and did an online shop for delivery on Friday afternoon, then fell asleep til around 8.  Lovely on a day off, but it put all my timings out today, so I didn't go out.

Popped to Halfords to look at a new bottle of engine oil - but they seem to have changed the grading!  I've always had a '6' before, now advised to use a '13'.  I was unsure of this and they said they couldn't advise me, so I left it!

Then I popped to Wicks, which is opposite and I may have bought a few things including some petunias in a sale and a 'garden thermometer', which I want to fix on the house wall, so will have to find someone to help with that.

After a really heavy shower, and some lunch it brightened up to get in the garden - at 4pm I cut the grass for the first time this year - so many weeds in my grass.  Then I planted up the plants and tidied up the paving slabs a bit.

I've then joined an online art course, but it was all chat today and no actual work - so that will be tomorrow.  We get all the copies anyway :)

Tomorrow I might pop into Reading to M&S, as Sainsbury's are not selling clothes instore anymore - or none that suited or would fit me - mostly trailing on the ground :(  I'll see what I can find!
