Notes: Had trouble waking up ~7a ... noticed the rash actually seemed to have healed some overnight! Quiet peaceful day with the dogs. Made another batch of the broth and added some cabbage this time. Cleaned the upstairs bathroom for Michelle and did some laundry. Took another bath early afternoon, ate mostly fresh stuff. Took the vacuum apart down at the roller brush and saw the belt was broken - ordered a new one and think I can fix it. Watched a couple Janine videos before feeding/walking the dogs. Still feeling a fair amt of tired ... body must really be purging & healing. Ate a bunch of partial things and watched some Ray Donovan again in the evening.
