Main activity: Thurs - around the house, Michelle arrival!
Notes: Quiet day mostly, did the long big circle walk w/ the dogs in the morning. And then did more cleanup and prep for Michelle's visit. Also doing a 36 hr fast (started last night) of only clear liquids so lots of peeing! Skin about the same, hoping the fast will boost the healing. Did a shower mid-aft (first one since last Fri since I was doing the amazing baths the other days!). Also put the other 1/2 of the chuck roast in the crock pot mid morning w/ carrots, celery, onion & garlic - later added a potato (only saw one of the 2). Michelle rolled in ~ 720p, we got her unpacked and relaxed some and then both headed to wind down ~9p.
