It had to be

It was a very cold, damp day.  We regretted having switched off the heating last week, and I've put it back on for tonight - it's underfloor, geothermal heating, so we run the pump overnight on cheaper rate electricity.  

So it was another sewing day.  The latest project is almost done.  It is all sewn up (the back is this panel) with wadding inside, but it isn't yet quilted.  I shall knot it at random points.  I hung it temporarily over the stairs in order to get a photo, but its final display place will be our bedroom.

No band practice this evening - we've got a week off for Easter!
