Rock Snake
This snake, composed of painted rocks, has been getting increasingly long over the past few weeks. It lies along the length of a front garden in the village and a sign was put up at the start of the school Easter holidays asking people ‘how long will this snake grow?’. Well, it has been growing each day and yesterday had reached the neighbour’s gate. This morning a table with rocks and paints was available so passers by could decorate and add a rock to the snake’s increasingly long body - which now stretches the length of the neighbour’s garden too.
I went to yoga this morning. It was busy out with people preparing for the Easter weekend. This afternoon I baked a lemon and blueberry cake for Andy’s birthday which is tomorrow. I was also grateful to have a relaxing walk amongst the fruit trees in the community orchard. The blossoms on the apple trees are coming out and it looks so pretty and full of goodness.
