Eric the footballer Viking

Eric just loves swords, goodness knows how many he has but I've repaired a few for him in the past, wooden as well as plastic. I think he fancies himself as either a medieval knight or maybe a Viking, the series of which I'm approaching the final, 6th, season.
He and Ruby were with us today and it was quite warm as long as you were in the sun. He wanted to play football with me so I obliged. The improvement in his shooting skill was very obvious as we went on, he was kicking the ball very accurately. I, on the other hand, was useless but I blamed the big Crocs I was wearing!
The other photo is Ziggy, of course. I was brushing him and on putting the collar back around his neck it brought back memories of Jonty, our Bichon Frise. I bought it for him, in one of the hundreds of souvenir shops, along Route 66 in April 2022.
