Happy Sunday

Up at 4am, 17 mile walk and then a superb afternoon with Martina in blackheath...such a great day.

Other than drinking far too much and chatting far too much crap, I also got to see Ben & Edie (her children), who are gorgeous and brilliant entertainment to finish our afternoon wonderfully xx
