Spooky

I was on a catch up Skype call with J and P this afternoon and the sun was streaming in through the window on to P resulting in this strange, rather interesting effect on the screen.

I have had the laziest day ever resting my injured knee.  Tony went off early to the Long Distance Event at Wharncliffe, north of Sheffield.  After his run he drove to Middleton Park to help our Club members set up the Relay structure for tomorrow's final event.  He is in charge of the Starts so it will be another early start for him in the morning.  

I have made progress from moving around on my bottom to going carefully down the stairs sideways so it was the right decision to stay put.  I didn't get much sleep on the settee last night so I'm hoping for a better one tonight.  I made my lunch and Neighbour Mick kindly carried my tray upstairs for me, such good folks on our street.

Right, time for bath!
