Under The Bridge

The kitchen fitter called round this morning and took some measurements and copious notes, did loads of calculations and discussed various details and minutia on various aspects of the job. 
So it would appear to be goer for next month.

Our new neighbour called round to return the long handled garden fork I leant him yesterday (there was no way he was going to get the prickly bush out with a small spade). The also left a box of chocolates as a Thank You. I don't think he has learnt yet that no gift is necessary when I do something to help .... especially when all I did was hand over a garden fork!

We had a walk and called in at Bags' to see how they enjoyed their trip to Berlin. They enjoyed themselves, but I gather there is a certain young lady who has reached the age when she isn't too keen on being dragged around by her parents,

There was a trip to a department store buy a free standing cabinet for the en-suite.
My back is now killing me after spending over an hour putting it all together.
