Ready for the rain

I finally found the glass rain gauge in my stuff in the garage and went over to Jim's today to retrieve the holder. We are supposed to get some rain this week and I like to record what we get. I doubt we'll ever get the huge rainfalls we had periodically in Maine but still we get some good thunderstorms.
Mom and C got home this afternoon and promptly took naps. I'm so glad that are back safe and sound.
