Downsizing

Before shot on the left and after on the right. There were some purple violets and red violets there, I planted some of them in another area of the garden. Will have to wait till they bloom to see if I got any of the red ones planted. I removed a couple of heathers from another area and planted a clump of bellflowers, some dwarf iris and a primula to replace them. I planted a few other primulas in another area. The remainder of the plants that were dug out were put on the truck, I brought them back here, and have made arrangements to donate them to Spay Day for their annual plant sale. Marilyn has a stack of plastic plant trays in her shed, I will pick them up and give them to Spay Day too.
I had a message tonight from one of the guys that worked last year, he is back in NS on May 19th, and will be coming back to work for me.
Showers in the forecast for tomorrow, hopefully we will not get too wet while raking leaves.
