Top Class Day
We woke up to a cloudless sky.
The day was spent in and around Crinan where the longest canal in the UK meets the sea.
What a beautiful spot. Morning coffee and a scone hit the spot. The walk in the forest with the emerging canopy, bluebells, celandine and lots of lichen was glorious. We walked a short way along the canal just to finish this walk. A toastie in the same little spot was all we managed as the seafood cafe was closed.
The vet in Lochgilphead did the job I needed to get Rua home with a stamped passport. The Co-op had all we needed for our BBQ back at Port Bàn. We stocked up on wood and a gorgeous day ended with a fire on the beach.
