Notes: Had a hard time waking up again but sun was streaming in so strongly, I wanted to close the curtains ... by the time I could wake enough to look, I could see there were no full curtains, only the sheer see-thru ones. Another quiet day, took care of dogs and online a bit. Sat out in the sun again, did get the bikini top out today and stayed out longer. Stayed cool-ish inside and laid on the couch ~1240p - napped until 230p-ish and then sat outside in the shade a bit more, felt almost cool w/o the sun. I ate around 3p (warmed up several leftovers and had a small arugula salad w/ 1/2 pear, avo & toasted walnuts. Fed & walked dogs then and got my shower. Feeling kinda yucky-ish in my stomach/gut area. Another quiet night.
