Notes: Golf course sprinklers were going off first thing, first time I've seen those - quite pretty. Low key day, sat out a bit again - was a light layer of clouds. Did a full day of no sugar, only some fruit and a small bit of coconut water. Early afternoon, prepped the remaining kale and baked for kale chips. Also chopped more of the cabbage and mixed it with ground beef, onion and garlic that were sautéed w/ the few remaining shiitake mushrooms. Added plenty of salt and turmeric, came out pretty good. Fed and walked the dogs after eating. Had checked the tracking from Michelle for the blood test kit to test for delayed food reactions so we all walked to the mailbox (hadn't gone all week so was quite full). Pretty warm and dogs were nutso so it was a bit long. Showered then and relaxed for the evening after doing the finger stick and filling circles on a card to send in. Considering playing pickleball tomorrow ... tho rash is diminishing, it's still pretty red and fair amount of heat coming off it. Heard from Michelle D - she's on her way back to CO for grandkids mother's court hearing tomorrow and may be there awhile. Quiet night, very tired early.
