Chatham....... Wednesday.

Had a lovely day exploring Chatham. First we had breakfast in a cafe.  I had cranberry and walnut pancakes with whipped cream. Massive portion which I couldn't finish. 

Then we drove down to the beach and had a wander there.  The weather was lovely.......... sunny and quite warm. Main blip shot of Becky and Mike was taken on beach. I've added a couple more beach shots in my extra collage plus a shot of our accommodation.. Upstairs above a shoe boutique.

Parked the car back at the apartment and had a wander round the shops.  There is a long main street with shops, cafes etc on either side.   Extra collage shows a shop called " Ducks in the window " that only sells ducks....... hundreds of different ducks.   We looked but didn't buy. We had lunch in a restaurant which is part of a cinema.  I wasn't very hungry after my pancakes but I did have some of Astrids pizza. 

Becky was wearing her Boston marathon jacket and we saw a few other people wearing one too. 

Relaxed in the apartment till it was time to go out for our evening meal.  Another large portion - salmon, baked potato and vegetables. Definitely no room for pudding.
